About This Position

We are seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our team at Motus Corporation in Edenvale, Ekurhuleni. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients of LiquidCapital, a leading financial services provider within the automotive industry.

Core Duties

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assisting with account management and resolving issues
• Providing product information and answering questions
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What You Bring

• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer care or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
