About the Role
As CSA Senior Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of quality assurance and quality control operations within our organization. Your leadership will be essential to maintaining the standards our clients depend on and strengthening the reputation Jacobs has built as a trusted partner for innovative solutions that improve communities and the built environment.
What You'll Do
- Establish, implement, and refine quality assurance frameworks and procedures across operations
- Lead and develop quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Ensure full compliance with client specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Conduct systematic quality reviews, audits, and assessments of service delivery
- Partner directly with clients to understand their quality needs and address concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and client outcomes
- Track quality metrics, analyze performance data, and present findings to senior management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of quality assurance, quality management, or related professional experience
- Demonstrated success in a senior quality leadership position
- Solid understanding of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with strong client management skills
- Proven capacity to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational improvements
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
