About the Role

As a Crew Team Member at our Farmington McDonald's, you'll be the backbone of daily restaurant operations. You'll work on the front lines—whether that's assembling meals, greeting customers, managing the register, or keeping our restaurant clean and inviting. This role is essential to the customer experience and the success of the team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's standards and food safety guidelines
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions accurately
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide prompt, courteous service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout your shift
• Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet service goals
• Stock supplies, take inventory as needed, and report equipment issues
