Core Duties

• Operate fountain and frozen beverage stations, preparing drinks and managing dispensing equipment
• Execute food preparation at grill and fryer stations with attention to quality and consistency
• Handle food production responsibilities including plating, portioning, and food assembly
• Manage switchboard and counter operations, coordinating orders and customer service
• Maintain rigorous food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards throughout shift
• Support and collaborate with crew members during high-volume service periods
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service across all station areas and interactions

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior food service or quick-service restaurant experience valued
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Excellent interpersonal and team communication skills
• Dependable, punctual attendance and work ethic
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout an extended shift
• Flexibility to work varied scheduling including evenings, weekends, and as-needed hours
