Your Responsibilities

• Lead crew scheduling, training, and development to maintain consistent service and food quality standards
• Supervise food preparation and quality control, including our signature 100% pure beef patties and hand-crafted menu items
• Guide the team during peak service hours, support crew members, and manage guest interactions with professionalism
• Monitor inventory, portion control, and operational efficiency to support profitability and reduce waste
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols across all restaurant operations
• Communicate with management regarding staffing performance, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant or food service operation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop crew members
• Understanding of food safety practices and commitment to consistent quality standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service periods as needed
• Composure and problem-solving ability in dynamic, high-pressure environments
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability to meet schedule requirements
