About the Role

As an Inside Sales Associate at Famous Supply, you're the voice and trusted partner for our contractor customers calling in for HVAC supplies, technical guidance, and support. You'll manage inbound inquiries, process orders efficiently, and solve customer needs over the phone with professionalism and care. Your role combines sales acumen with genuine customer service—helping contractors get what they need, when they need it, so they can focus on their jobs.

What You'll Do

• Answer and route customer calls with a focus on understanding contractor needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Process HVAC orders accurately and promptly, ensuring inventory availability and delivery logistics
• Build relationships with repeat contractor customers and identify upsell opportunities based on their projects
• Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot product or order issues in real time
• Maintain detailed customer records and contribute to a smooth sales pipeline
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
