Creator Partnerships Manager (German-speaking)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company in Berlin that is reshaping how brands connect with audiences through innovative digital marketing solutions. Our client operates at the intersection of performance marketing and creator partnerships, serving major advertisers across Europe.

As a Creator Partnerships Manager, you will own the entire creator relationship lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiating deals to managing campaign execution and analyzing performance. This role requires fluency in German and offers the opportunity to build meaningful partnerships with content creators on Instagram and YouTube while driving measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source promising creators on Instagram and YouTube who align with brand objectives and campaign goals
• Conduct outreach and build long-term relationships with creators and their management teams
• Lead negotiations independently, managing pricing, deliverables, and contract terms to close partnership deals
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from briefing through content approval to launch and post-campaign analysis
• Track and optimize performance metrics including CPM, CPI, and ROAS to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Maintain and scale the creator database to support sustainable growth of the partnership network
• Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns that deliver creative excellence and measurable results
• Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities and implement learnings quickly

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a comparable role
• Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube platforms, content formats, trends, and what drives conversions
• Proven track record negotiating deals with creators or management agencies
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English
• Strong ownership mentality—you proactively identify what needs to be done and execute without waiting for direction
• Experience with creator marketing platforms such as Upfluence, Modash, or similar tools (nice to have)
• Background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition (nice to have)
• Existing network of creator, agency, or management contacts (nice to have)
