RichSmith Management is seeking a licensed law enforcement professional to serve as a Courtesy Police Officer at our apartment communities in Cabot, Lonoke County. About the Role

As a Courtesy Police Officer in Cabot, AR, you will be a visible and reassuring presence across our residential properties. Working on-site, you'll help foster a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for every resident, pairing professional law enforcement experience with a genuine commitment to community service. This position includes a 20% apartment discount as part of joining the RichSmith Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a courteous, professional security presence throughout our Cabot apartment communities
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff
• Monitor the property and respond appropriately to concerns or incidents as they arise
• Build positive, trust-based relationships with residents and the surrounding community
• Coordinate with property management on matters that affect resident safety and well-being

Qualifications

• Active license as a law enforcement officer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A dependable, community-minded approach to safety and service
• Availability to work on-site at our Cabot, Lonoke County properties
