Corporate Recruiter

Vertiv Group is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Westerville, Franklin County. In this full-time position, you'll drive recruitment initiatives that connect exceptional talent with rewarding career opportunities across our corporate divisions throughout the Americas Region.

The Opportunity

As a Corporate Recruiter at Vertiv, you'll take ownership of building high-performing teams across our corporate functions. This role offers the chance to impact our organization by identifying and attracting top-tier professionals who share our commitment to innovation and excellence. You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver candidates who drive results.

Core Duties

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate roles spanning Finance, Accounting, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, and other key business functions
• Collaborate with recruiting peers to develop and execute recruitment strategies that meet hiring timelines and quality standards
• Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding support
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support both immediate and future hiring needs
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate or professional recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
• Strong understanding of corporate-level roles and the qualifications required for Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Marketing, and related disciplines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both candidates and internal stakeholders effectively
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting recruiting objectives
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a genuine passion for identifying and nurturing talent
