Vertiv Group is hiring a Global Product Marketing Manager – Power in Westerville, Franklin County. In this full-time role, you'll drive market strategy and growth for our Power portfolio, partnering with sales and product teams to shape how customers discover, understand, and choose our solutions.
About the Role
As Global Product Marketing Manager for Power, you'll own the go-to-market narrative for this critical business area. You'll synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to position our Power offerings compellingly in the marketplace. Your work will directly enable sales teams, accelerate deal cycles, and establish Vertiv as a category leader.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for the Power portfolio
- Build and maintain detailed understanding of customer pain points, buying behaviors, and decision criteria
- Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify differentiation and growth opportunities
- Create high-impact marketing collateral—including case studies, solution briefs, presentations, and digital content—that guides buyer decisions
- Design and deliver sales enablement programs that equip teams with competitive talking points and closing strategies
- Develop buyer personas and account-based marketing insights to target high-value opportunities
- Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on pipeline and revenue impact
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in industrial, technology, or energy sectors
- Expertise in competitive positioning, value proposition development, and messaging architecture
- Strong ability to research and synthesize complex market data into actionable strategies
- Proven track record creating sales enablement materials that drive adoption and results
- Experience working closely with product, sales, and executive leadership across global organizations
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-directed mindset with ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
