About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital agency seeking a Contract Senior Content Designer to join their team on a remote basis. Our client serves high-profile organizations across multiple sectors and is looking for a strategic content professional who can bring clarity to complex product experiences.

This contract position is open to candidates located in LATAM, Canada, and the USA, working in North American aligned time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead content design across client engagements, shaping clear, user-centered experiences through content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture
• Translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured content models, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems
• Write and adapt content to meet client needs, balancing brand voice, user experience, and business objectives
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate content seamlessly into the product development process
• Define and deliver key content artifacts including audits, taxonomies, content models, and voice and tone guidelines
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on strategy and direction
• Create scalable content foundations that support long-term product growth and consistency across platforms

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally within an agency environment
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-client settings and navigate ambiguity effectively
• Strategic approach to content with demonstrated experience in content modeling, information architecture, and structured content
• Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms and shaping how content is structured and managed
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to align teams and articulate content decisions to clients and stakeholders
• Portfolio demonstrating content systems thinking and user-centered design outcomes
