The Opportunity

Kiwibank is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Representative to join our team. This role offers a full-time position with a flexible roster from Tuesday to Saturday (09:00-17:30 on weekdays and 08:00-16:30 on Saturdays). The salary for this position is $64,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
• Handle a variety of inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Process transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within a financial institution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
• Able to work flexible hours including Saturdays
• Must be present in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week at our Te Kupenga, Fanshawe Street location
