The Opportunity
Join Great Lakes Credit Union and be part of a dynamic team where your voice truly makes a difference! We are currently seeking an experienced Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our location in Deerfield, Illinois, with no remote or hybrid work options available.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Process loan applications and other financial services requests
- Maintain accurate records and update member information in our database
- Stay updated on the latest credit union policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with financial products and services is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM systems
