Role Overview

The HR Call Center Representative position at Integrated Resources, Inc is a part-time role based in Maryland Heights, Missouri. This 10-month contract involves working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. As an HR Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries related to benefit programs and human resource policies. Your tasks include providing assistance with disability, health, and life benefits, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions regarding various HR-related matters including benefits and policies
• Provide detailed information on company benefit programs such as health, life, and disability insurance
• Assist with processing requests for paid time off (PTO) and other leave related issues
• Support employees in understanding retirement plan options and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HR policies and procedures
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s records management system

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining employee satisfaction
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefit administration tools is advantageous
• Prior experience in human resources, call center operations or related field preferred but not required
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
