We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team at Great Lakes Credit Union. As a Member Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service through phone interactions, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members to provide accurate information and assistance
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely manner
• Process transactions and account inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members through professional and friendly interactions
• Stay updated on credit union policies, products, and services to provide comprehensive support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
