Role Overview

We’re a family-owned company deeply rooted in the community, hosting 50 local events every year and proudly serving homeowners across the area. Due to rapid expansion and new lead sources, we’re hiring 6 call center reps to handle our growing inbound volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from potential customers in a professional manner
• Provide product information and answer inquiries about luxury bath products
• Process orders and manage customer accounts
• Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints efficiently
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic computer proficiency.
