The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative I to join our team at Ryder System in Alpharetta, Georgia. As a Call Center Representative I, you will handle inbound phone calls from Ryder Platinum National Accounts, Ryder Shops, and On Demand Customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in scheduling service for truck and trailer breakdowns.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage inbound phone calls from customers
- Schedule service for truck and trailer breakdowns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Handle inquiries related to Ryder's services and products
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and service requests
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple calls effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- A proactive attitude towards customer service
