Consultant, Workday Financials – Spend/Procure-to-Pay – Active Certification Required

Deloitte seeks an accomplished Consultant specializing in Workday Financials with active Spend/Procure-to-Pay certification to join our Enterprise Performance team in William Penn Annex East, Philadelphia County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive financial transformation and operational excellence for Fortune 500 organizations.

About the Role

As a strategic consultant within our Enterprise Performance division, you'll partner with leading organizations to architect and deploy Workday financial solutions that optimize spending, procurement, and payment operations. You'll combine technical expertise with business acumen to design enterprise systems that reduce costs, improve visibility, and accelerate financial processes for our clients across industries.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements gathering, process design, and solution architecture for Workday Spend and Procure-to-Pay implementations
• Configure and optimize Workday Financial modules to align with client procurement and payment workflows
• Conduct comprehensive process assessments and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Manage implementation roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across finance and supply chain teams
• Perform quality assurance testing, data migration planning, and integration validation
• Develop training materials and drive change management initiatives with client teams
• Serve as a trusted adviser, translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions

What We're Looking For

• Active Workday Financials certification with demonstrated expertise in Spend and Procure-to-Pay modules
• 3+ years of enterprise resource planning implementation or consulting experience
• Deep knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, and financial operations processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or related field
