Construction Manager

You'll be the on-site leader responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, managing budgets, and delivering the superior homes that homeowners expect. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations, including scheduling, labor coordination, and trade management
• Monitor project timelines and budgets; identify and resolve delays or cost overruns
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
• Conduct inspections at critical construction phases and coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors
• Manage material ordering, delivery, and site logistics
• Address job site issues and make decisions to keep projects on track
• Communicate progress and updates to project leadership and homeowners

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in residential homebuilding
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and safety practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and budgets simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (OSHA, NAHB) a plus
