About the Role

This position allows you to operate as a partner-level practitioner within our firm's infrastructure. You'll manage your own client relationships, control your practice area and focus, and build a sustainable practice while we handle the infrastructure, back-office support, and client referrals that would otherwise demand your time and capital.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage your own caseload with full authority over case selection and strategy
• Build lasting relationships with clients while maintaining our firm's standards and values
• Handle case work from intake through resolution, managing all legal and administrative aspects
• Leverage our established client base and referral network to grow your practice
• Work collaboratively with firm resources and support staff as needed
• Contribute to the firm's professional culture and team success

What We're Looking For

• Active, valid license to practice law in Texas
• Proven track record of successful case management and client service
• Professional judgment, integrity, and commitment to legal excellence
