About the Role

As Community Manager, you'll serve as the heart of our residential communities, creating meaningful connections between residents and fostering the welcoming environments our properties are known for. What You'll Do

• Build and sustain strong relationships with residents, serving as their primary point of contact for community matters and concerns
• Plan, organize, and execute community events that strengthen connections among residents and celebrate the spirit of your community
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, requests, and feedback
• Support leasing efforts by showcasing community amenities and helping prospective residents envision their home
• Monitor community satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance resident experience
• Communicate effectively between residents and property management leadership to address concerns and implement improvements
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and well-managed community environment
