About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for a Deal Analyst to join their Sales Operations function in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, legal, risk, and finance—supporting a global platform that processes billions of transactions annually.

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable leveraging AI to build scalable processes. You'll be supporting deal execution, merchant onboarding, and contract review while collaborating across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of deal processes with emphasis on speed and customer experience
• Provide proactive guidance to sales teams and merchants throughout the onboarding journey
• Respond to inbound requests regarding onboarding and client profile reviews
• Create and review customer agreements and contracts
• Maintain accurate documentation related to deal structures and contractual arrangements
• Build strong working relationships with Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams
• Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and scalability
