Join Anduril Industries as a Contracts Manager based in Washington, DC. This full-time role involves overseeing government and commercial contracts across our defense technology programs, working closely with program leaders, engineers, and military customers to ensure successful contract execution and mission delivery.

What This Role Involves

You'll manage the complete lifecycle of contracts spanning multiple defense focus areas—from space capabilities to air defense systems. In this position, you'll ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations, minimize programmatic risk, and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while supporting Anduril's mission to advance U.S. military capabilities through innovative technology.

Core Duties

  • Oversee contract execution from initial review through closeout, managing CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, and Other Transaction Agreement contracts
  • Support proposal development and contract negotiation with federal agencies and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and company policies
  • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and provide program leadership with regular contract updates and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement contract policies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
  • Advise program managers on contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with legal, accounting, and operations teams on contract matters

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, government, or related field
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle contract management experience with government and commercial contracts
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and U.S. government contracting practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • U.S. Person status (required for access to export-controlled information)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred:

  • Experience with Defense Department major weapons systems programs
  • NCMA certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM
  • Graduate degree in business, law, government, or related field
  • Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and federal cost allowability regulations
  • Existing Secret or Top Secret security clearance
