About the Role
This full-time position offers the schedule flexibility our caregivers need while delivering consistent, high-quality in-home care. You'll work one-on-one with clients, building meaningful relationships while supporting their independence and quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing needs
- Support safe mobility through transfers, positioning, and ambulation assistance
- Help prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
- Maintain clean, organized living spaces that support client safety and dignity
- Provide companionship and emotional support during daily routines
- Monitor and report client conditions to nursing or management staff
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain detailed client records
What We're Looking For
- Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification or license (or equivalent)
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with clients of all abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and assist clients safely
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client confidentiality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to meet client and scheduling needs
