Cloud Infrastructure Engineers

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to join their operations team in Singapore. Our talent team is partnering with this client to find professionals who can manage Azure cloud environments, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and build automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure cloud infrastructure, including tenant administration, system monitoring, patching, and operational maintenance
• Handle change requests, application deployments, incident management, and production operational activities
• Perform technology refresh activities to ensure systems remain secure, supported, and current
• Implement monitoring and alerting for all critical systems, services, and infrastructure resources
• Provide L1 and L2 operational support, including system monitoring and troubleshooting
• Maintain high system availability, operational stability, and service resilience across cloud environments
• Diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure, system, SFTP, and application-related issues across production and non-production environments
• Support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive actions
• Analyze system logs, monitoring alerts, and operational events to identify infrastructure issues and performance bottlenecks
• Manage SFTP/file transfer operations and scheduled batch job monitoring for secure and reliable data exchange
• Build and integrate automation workflows to reduce manual operational activities
• Design and implement end-to-end cloud solutions with high availability and cost optimization
• Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Enforce cloud governance, compliance, and best practices while optimizing cloud costs

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure cloud administration
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
• Hands-on experience with SFTP, file transfer platforms, and batch job monitoring
• Familiarity with audit/compliance processes and access governance
• Strong technical skills with Azure infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Proficiency with Azure-native monitoring and security tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
• Ability to accurately document SOPs and maintain technical documentation
• Availability to support after-hours and critical incidents as needed
• Experience collaborating with development, security, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
