The Client Service Analyst position combines client relationship support with operational expertise in wealth management. You'll work alongside financial advisors and relationship managers to ensure every client receives knowledgeable, attentive service. Your Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge and service support to wealth advisors serving client portfolios
• Service assigned client relationships with focus on delivering an exceptional experience
• Introduce and explain wealth management products and services to enhance client satisfaction
• Prepare documentation and coordinate transactions for financial planning initiatives
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of service requests
• Maintain organized records and support business development efforts within the wealth services team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education or coursework in finance or business preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience, ideally in a financial services or professional services setting
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications
