Team Member Services is hiring a part-time registered nurse to join our intensive care team in Lenexa City Center. As a night-shift RN, you'll provide direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting where your clinical expertise and compassion make a tangible difference for critically ill patients and their families.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient assessment and monitoring in an intensive care setting, responding promptly to clinical changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders and clinical protocols
• Maintain comprehensive patient documentation and communicate critical information to the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Deliver compassionate education and emotional support to patients and their families during critical illness
• Operate and maintain critical care equipment and patient monitoring systems

What We're Looking For

• Current, active RN license in the United States
• Proven experience working in intensive care environments
• Strong clinical reasoning and quick decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
