Legends Global is hiring for a Game-Day Stadium Operations (Part-Time Staff) position in Berea, Cuyahoga County.

About the Role

This position supports the stadium operations team during National Football League home games, helping ensure events run smoothly from preparation through wrap‑up.

What You'll Do

• Assist with pre‑event setup, including arranging seating, signage, and equipment
• Support in‑game operations such as crowd assistance, concession support, and safety monitoring
• Help with post‑event breakdown, cleaning, and storage of materials
• Follow all stadium policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and venue partners
• Adapt to shifting schedules based on game calendars and event needs

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule
• Basic understanding of stadium safety protocols (training provided)
• Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or sports venues is a plus but not required
