About the Role
As Associate Director of Technology at Wellington Management, you'll drive technology initiatives that enable our investment management capabilities and support institutional clients worldwide. This leadership position bridges business strategy and technical execution, giving you the scope to influence how technology powers our operations across the global capital markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with Wellington Management's investment solutions and operational priorities
- Lead technology teams and cross-functional initiatives to solve complex business challenges
- Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of technology systems and infrastructure supporting investment operations
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology roadmaps
- Ensure technology solutions meet compliance, risk management, and governance standards required in investment management
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across technology functions
Who We're Looking For
- Extensive leadership experience managing technology teams and delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
