What This Role Involves

As part of the Toledo Complex Food & Beverage team, you'll be central to creating memorable dining and beverage moments for guests attending events, shows, and gatherings. This full-time role combines operational efficiency with genuine hospitality, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction across all food and beverage operations within the venue complex.

Core Duties

• Manage food and beverage service operations during events and day-to-day venue activities
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to maintain quality and efficiency
• Train and supervise food service staff to ensure consistent guest service standards
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance across all food preparation and service areas
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to support seamless service delivery
• Monitor guest feedback and adapt service to enhance the overall event experience
• Manage costs while maintaining quality and profitability of food and beverage offerings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage management or hospitality operations
• Strong knowledge of food safety, health codes, and venue service standards
• Leadership ability with demonstrated experience supervising food service teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
