As our Clerk - Registrar - Enrollment/Recruitment Specialist, you'll manage comprehensive student academic records, maintain UIL eligibility documentation, process transcript requests, and coordinate enrollment activities. What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate and complete student academic achievement records and cumulative files
• Verify and manage UIL eligibility information to ensure compliance with district and athletic requirements
• Process and distribute student transcripts in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate student enrollment activities and manage recruitment-related documentation
• Enter and maintain student information in district databases and record systems
• Respond to parent, student, and staff inquiries regarding student records and enrollment
• Support the district's mission and strategic initiatives through reliable, professional service
