Builder.io is hiring a remote Enterprise Regional Sales Director – West to lead enterprise growth across the United States West region. About the Role

Reporting closely to the VP of Sales, the Enterprise Regional Sales Director – West will own revenue growth within Fortune 1000 accounts and champion Builder.io's Visual Development platform. You'll guide a high-performing team of Account Executives, set the strategic direction, and bring operational discipline to every stage of the enterprise sales cycle. This fully remote role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and consistently surpasses targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and coach Account Executives to consistently exceed sales objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic enterprise accounts as a team.
  • Establish a tight operating rhythm and structured, repeatable sales process.
  • Serve as a product expert, helping your team generate, advance, and close complex deals.
  • Assess each team member's strengths, motivators, and career goals, providing tailored coaching.
  • Design and execute sales strategies that deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual growth.
  • Run regular pipeline reviews, inspect deals, and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation through effective planning and enablement.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Builder.io's product, value drivers, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years leading enterprise sales teams selling into the Global 2000.
  • Proven ability to build, motivate, and scale teams that grow pipeline and beat revenue goals.
  • Skill in crafting value-based sales strategies aligned to company objectives.
  • Strong command of complex enterprise sales cycles and a network of top sales talent.
  • A data-driven leadership style and a working understanding of front-end software development.
  • A track record of hitting goals with high seller participation.
