U.S. Xpress - OTR is hiring Class A CDL Company Drivers in Fairbury, Livingston County for over-the-road dry van positions. If you hold a current CDL-A with 1-5 months of verifiable experience and want to join a stable carrier offering competitive weekly pay and predictable home time, we're looking for you.

About the Role

This full-time over-the-road position involves operating dry van freight across the United States with consistent mileage averaging 2,000 miles per week. You'll maintain a 12 days out/2 days home schedule, running quality freight lanes with established routes and regular dispatch.

What You'll Earn

• 57–64 cents per mile based on experience
• Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,500 per week
• Top 20% of our OTR drivers earn approximately $1,650 weekly
• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• Consistent home time on the 12/2 rotation

Team driver positions are available with $5,000 sign-on bonuses, $0.72–$0.80 per mile split compensation, and average 5,000 miles weekly for driver pairs.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Minimum 1–5 months of trucking experience
• Clean driving record and passing background investigation
• Ability to commit to the 12/2 home time schedule
