About the Role

As a CDL A Local Truck Driver with Richard Carrier Trucking, you'll run regional routes hauling chip, bark, and demo loads on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. This is a home-daily position based in Canton, Oxford County, with a typical workweek of 40 to 55 hours and competitive earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely on local routes throughout the Canton, Oxford County area
• Transport chip, bark, and demolition loads to and from assigned destinations
• Follow a Monday through Friday schedule averaging 40 to 55 hours per week
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and adhere to DOT and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate effectively with dispatch

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
• Dedicated, reliable, and committed to safe driving practices
• Comfortable hauling chip, bark, and demo freight on local lanes
• Able to maintain a full-time, Monday through Friday work schedule

Pay & Benefits
