About the Role

As a Home Health Aid with Valley Home Care, you'll provide essential daily support to help clients maintain independence and quality of life. You'll work directly with families and healthcare professionals, ensuring safe, comfortable home environments while building meaningful connections with those you serve. This full-time position focuses on the whole person—physical, emotional, and social well-being.

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support mobility, transferring, and safe movement throughout the home
• Prepare meals and manage light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor for health or safety changes and communicate concerns to supervisory staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain detailed care documentation
• Respect client privacy and maintain professional boundaries
