Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling dry van loads on OTR routes.
- Maintain consistent long-haul mileage, averaging approximately 2,000 miles per week.
- Follow all federal, state, and company safety and compliance standards on every trip.
- Complete pickups and deliveries reliably while keeping freight secure in transit.
- Communicate with dispatch and keep accurate trip and logbook records.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- 1 to 5 months of verifiable driving experience required.
- Willingness to run OTR on a 12-out/2-home schedule.
- Commitment to safe, professional, on-time freight handling.
Pay & Bonuses
- Earnings of 57–64 cents per mile, based on experience.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers.
- Guaranteed weekly minimum pay of $1,500 (12 out/2 home).
- Team drivers: $5,000 sign-on bonus split, averaging 5,000 miles weekly, with $0.72–$0.80 CPM split starting pay — and assistance finding a team partner if you need one.
