Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Examiner | No Fault- PIP | Lit Required | New York to join its team in Five Points, Wake County, where you will manage complex Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims with a litigation component from start to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of No Fault and PIP claims through every stage of the lifecycle.
• Review coverage, determine compensability, and reach fair, well-documented decisions.
• Coordinate litigated matters, working closely with defense counsel and other parties.
• Maintain accurate, timely file documentation and reserves in line with company standards.
• Communicate clearly with claimants, providers, and stakeholders to move claims toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining No Fault / PIP claims.
• Litigation handling experience, as required for this role.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Five Points, Wake County (this role is not remote).
