Ceres is hiring a full-time Damage Assessor Inspector (Inspector de Evaluación de Daños) in Puerto Rico. Join a team with over two decades of experience in disaster recovery and property assessment, founded to rebuild and support communities after natural disasters.

About the Role

As a Damage Assessor Inspector, you'll conduct critical property evaluations and support recovery efforts across Puerto Rico. This full-time position reports to the Operations Manager or Drone Operations Manager and involves on-site inspections, detailed documentation, and assessment reporting that helps property owners understand and navigate damage recovery.

What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site property inspections to evaluate structural, environmental, and storm-related damage
• Document findings through photographs, measurements, and comprehensive written notes
• Prepare detailed damage assessment reports for property owners and project stakeholders
• Coordinate inspection schedules and priorities with operations leadership
• Maintain accurate records and databases of all inspections and assessments
• Communicate assessment results clearly and professionally to clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Ability to assess property damage accurately and document findings objectively
• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather and site conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Physical capability to navigate properties and access assessment areas safely
• Previous experience in property assessment, inspection, or disaster recovery is valued

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage of $20–$23 per hour, based on your location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
