Talent & Community Partner

Big Fish is hiring a Talent & Community Partner to join our team in Trade, Alexandria City. This is a full-time position working directly with organizations across public policy, advocacy, media, and government affairs to identify and connect exceptional talent shaping policy and civic impact.

About the Role

As a Talent & Community Partner at Big Fish, you'll sit at the intersection of talent acquisition and community development. You'll leverage relationship-building and trust to connect top professionals with high-impact roles in the sectors we serve. Your work focuses on understanding organizational needs deeply and cultivating a network of candidates who are genuinely invested in driving policy change.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates, organizations, and stakeholders across policy, advocacy, media, and government affairs sectors
• Identify talent and organizational needs through active listening and strategic outreach
• Support placement processes and facilitate connections between exceptional professionals and mission-driven organizations
• Engage with our community to understand career goals, skills, and values alignment
• Contribute to Big Fish's network-driven model by fostering long-term professional relationships
