Serpentini Automotive Group is hiring a Collision Center Estimator to join our team in Willoughby Hills, Lake County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in vehicle assessment and estimating within a dynamic collision center environment.

About This Position

As a Collision Center Estimator at Serpentini Automotive Group, you'll play a crucial role in our Willoughby Hills location. You'll assess vehicle damage accurately, prepare comprehensive repair estimates, and coordinate with our Direct Repair Partners (DRPs) to ensure seamless operations. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and center efficiency. The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year based on your experience and qualifications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and document damage with photographs and detailed notes
• Prepare accurate, competitive repair estimates using industry-standard software and guidelines
• Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and DRP partners regarding repair scope and costs
• Coordinate with repair technicians to ensure estimates align with actual repair scope
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates and inspections
• Provide knowledgeable customer service throughout the estimating process

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Collision Center Estimator or similar role in automotive repair
• Strong knowledge of vehicle damage assessment and repair procedures
• Proficiency with estimating software and industry tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners
