About the Role

As Strategy and Portfolio Manager for Security Investigative Services at Citi, you'll combine strategic leadership with operational oversight of high-impact investigation initiatives. You'll be the architect of our investigative services strategy, managing a diverse portfolio of critical security projects while ensuring they align with Citi's broader business and risk management objectives. This position sits at the intersection of security, compliance, and organizational strategy, requiring both visionary thinking and practical execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic roadmaps for the security investigative services function
• Oversee and prioritize a portfolio of investigation initiatives, ensuring resource allocation and timeline delivery
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate security investigation strategies with enterprise priorities
• Monitor key performance indicators and analytics to measure portfolio effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead investigation review sessions and present strategic insights to senior management and the board
• Ensure all investigations and processes maintain compliance with applicable regulations and internal governance standards
• Build and mentor investigative teams while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience managing investigations or complex security programs within a financial services or regulated industry environment
• Proven track record developing and executing organizational strategy at a portfolio or enterprise level
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional, matrixed teams
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Experience with investigative methodologies, forensics, or fraud prevention is highly valued
