Position Summary

This part-time position enables you to deliver meaningful therapeutic services to individuals and families within the Maricopa community. Under general supervision, you'll conduct evidence-based behavioral health interventions with juveniles and adults, facilitate family and couples counseling sessions, and participate in the development of community-focused prevention and intervention programs. You'll address a spectrum of mental health concerns while applying specialized understanding of how substance abuse affects family systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct individual behavioral health interventions with children and adult clients
• Facilitate family therapy and couples counseling sessions
• Perform mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Contribute to the design and delivery of behavioral health prevention initiatives
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress records
• Apply expertise in substance abuse's systemic impact on families to inform treatment approaches

What You Bring

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health discipline
• Current professional license (LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in your state
• Proven experience in family therapy, couples therapy, or related clinical practice
• Solid grounding in behavioral health treatment methods and mental health theory
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and commitment to serving diverse communities
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a clinical team
