About the Role
As a C.N.A. with Rock County in Hanover, you'll work under the direction of registered nurses to deliver compassionate, compliant patient care that meets the highest service standards. Approximately 95% of your time is spent directly providing care to your assigned resident group, ensuring each person receives the attention and support they need every day.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Support residents' emotional and physical comfort throughout your shift
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for assigned residents
- Communicate promptly with nursing staff about any changes in resident health, behavior, or concerns
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure all residents receive coordinated, quality care
- Follow Rock County nursing service policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
