Groupama is hiring a full-time Enterprise Client Manager to serve business clients in departments 54/88. About the Role
As Enterprise Client Manager, you will be the primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of business clients. You'll assess their insurance needs, coordinate coverage solutions, manage renewals and claims, and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand our service offerings.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise-level business clients
- Evaluate client insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Oversee renewals, policy modifications, and claims support for assigned accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and service teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Maintain comprehensive client records and provide regular account updates
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in business client relationship management or account management
- Background in insurance, financial services, or related B2B industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong capability to balance multiple client relationships and competing priorities
- Fluency in French and English (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet both relationship and business development goals
- Professional integrity and commitment to client-first service
