About the Role

As a Certified Montessori Guide, you'll design and deliver a child-centered classroom environment grounded in the principles of the Montessori philosophy. You'll observe each child's developmental progress, curate hands-on learning experiences, and foster the problem-solving skills and self-direction that define a Montessori education. This is a full-time position where you'll be the steady presence that helps young learners grow into confident, thoughtful individuals.

What You'll Do

• Implement the complete Montessori curriculum across practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, and cultural subjects
• Prepare and maintain a carefully organized classroom environment that invites exploration and supports independence
• Observe children closely to understand their interests, learning pace, and developmental readiness, and adjust activities accordingly
• Guide children through purposeful, hands-on materials and activities that build concentration and internal motivation
• Foster a community of learners where children develop grace, courtesy, and respect for one another
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's progress, interests, and growth
• Collaborate with school leadership and fellow educators to support each child's holistic development

What We're Looking For

• Current Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent recognized credential)
• Passion for the Montessori philosophy and commitment to authentic implementation
• Ability to create a warm, structured environment where children thrive
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Reliable, organized, and responsive to family partnerships
