About the Role

As a Financial Customer Associate (FCA), you'll be the trusted voice for Fidelity customers seeking assistance with their accounts, investments, and financial questions. You'll handle inbound customer inquiries, process transactions, resolve account issues, and provide guidance on Fidelity's products and services. What You'll Do

• Answer customer phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy, addressing account questions and service needs
• Process account transactions and updates accurately and efficiently
• Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining detailed records
• Educate customers on Fidelity investment products, retirement accounts, and wealth management services
• Follow compliance policies and security protocols to protect customer information
• Meet service quality standards and performance metrics while handling multiple contacts daily

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills—clear, patient, and customer-focused
• Ability to learn financial concepts and Fidelity systems quickly
• Detail-oriented approach to accuracy in transactions and documentation
• Reliable, professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
