About This Position

Sysco is looking for reliable, customer-focused delivery professionals to operate company vehicles on local routes. In this full-time role, you'll deliver foodservice products to established customers while maintaining excellent service standards and vehicle condition. As a Non-CDL driver, you won't need a commercial driver's license—we focus on local, short-haul routes where your driving skills and work ethic matter most.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely on assigned local routes
• Load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations
• Verify orders and collect payment or arrange invoicing with customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communication with dispatch
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly
• Build positive customer relationships through professional, courteous service
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely on local routes
• Physical capability to load, unload, and handle product deliveries
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and punctuality in a full-time role
