Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight over the road across assigned OTR routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
• Operate within all federal, state, and DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation for each load.
• Communicate consistently with dispatch to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Manage your equipment responsibly as you work toward full truck ownership.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Verifiable over-the-road driving experience.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe operating practices.
• Interest in a lease purchase pathway toward becoming an owner-operator.
