About the Role

As a car hauling truck driver with Hogan Transportation, you'll operate modern tractor-trailers transporting automobiles across the United States. This is a full-time position with strong earning potential, year-round opportunity, and support from a company invested in your growth and safety. We actively recruit drivers new to the car haul specialty and provide paid training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate and maintain commercial vehicles hauling multiple automobiles
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
• Transport loads on-schedule across US routes while maintaining safety standards
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with dispatch and customers
• Maintain accurate logbook records and follow all federal motor carrier regulations
• Participate in safety programs and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Clean driving record free of disqualifying violations
• Ability to pass required medical certification and background screening
• Strong commitment to safety and company compliance standards
• Professional communication and reliable work habits
• Prior car haul experience not required—we train qualified drivers

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive weekly pay: $2,080–$2,310 ($108,000–$120,000 annually)
• Base rate of $31 per hour with time-and-a-half for hours beyond 40
• Scheduled annual pay increases advancing toward $33.50 per hour
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Unlimited driver referral bonuses up to $3,000 per successful hire
