What You'll Do
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and support with healthcare management
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and household management
- Offer transportation assistance and accompany clients to appointments
- Provide companionship and emotional support during daily interactions
- Document care activities and communicate with care coordinators
What We're Looking For

- Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience and empathy
- Willingness to follow care plans and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
